I have a 97 Sport and I get the same squeak when its cold. Goes away after the car warms up. I just figured it was the plastic that surrounds the steering column. I also test drove a 98 Sahara before I bought the 97. It had the squeak most of time I drove it. -Joe

Im thinking about just getting a decently priced swing out tire carrier. I dont want my tire and wheel flying off on the highway or trail. -Joe

I cant seem to find it on their web site. $100 isnt bad, I didnt want to spend any more than that after buying a lift and 5 33" tires and wheels.

Can the stock tire carrier hold a 33" BFgoodrich M/T mounted on 15 x 8 AR 767? If not, is there any modification that can be done to hold it on there? I searched the site but nothing came up. -Joe

Recalls on my 90 YJ Thanks for the info. Maybe Ill stick with the 3.07's for a while and if I cant take it, Ill do the switch to 3.73's. Anyone have any ideas how much it would cost a shop to switch me to 3.73 from 3.07? -Joe

Looks like even 3.73 gears wouldnt be optimal for running 33"'s according to that chart.
