Hey guys. New to the forum. So I have a 1995 yj. I just got done swapping over to a 4.3L motor. I got shorty headers figuring it would be a better flow with the new exhaust. After I got the passenger side done I moved on to the drivers side. Wellllll!!!! I have a issue. The clutch slave is in my way. I'm stuck. I looked up Novak to see what mods they might have but there site does not explain well enough if this is going to solve my issue. I called them. Not much help. I'm not sure if I should try to heat up the end of the header and bent it out to clear it. Or idk. Any advice and pics would help a lot. Please and thank you

Why is the clutch slave mounted there and not in the firewall? Is that the OEM location?

I had a '95 YJ and it looked nothing like that. Those aren't even factory bolts holding the clutch slave. The clutch slave should be mounted into the bellhousing.
