    Just bought my first jeep. CJ5, 1973, 6 cylinder, 53,000 miles. 3 speed transmission. Need help on using shift lever for transfer case. Has one shift down, out then two up. Should this be used only when in 4 wheel drive or is it used for higher gears on road for two wheel drive.
