After the swap, wheel spacers?

So I did the ford 8.8 rear swap on my Jeep and since it is narrower then the stock width, should I get wheel spacers like: Wheel Spacer 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern ? Or is it not that big of a deal?

It's not a big deal unless you have issues like the stock wheels pushing against the brake calipers or the tires getting into the upper spring bucket.
