Aftermarket Soundbar

I figured this really wasn't a tech. question, so I'll post this over here.

I have a 99 TJ SE. I am planning to buy an aftermarket soundbar in the next few weeks. My question is, is there a plug under the dash that just gets pluged into the external wires that the soundbar comes with? Is this present on all TJ's? If so, where would I find this plug on my TJ? I believe it is under the drivers side dash, but what does it look like? Does this plug also allow the dome light to also get wired up?

I beleive that there is a harness that come from the dash through the roll bar padding and then is plugged into the sound bar. I am not too sure what the deal is with aftermarket sound bars, but I would imagine they will come with the correct wiring harness.
