Check engine light,301,#1 cylinder missfire

I have a 2001 wrangler 4.0 six,150.000 miles,check engine light came on,code is #301,engine missfire in #1 cylinder,replaced plugs,still same,idles a little rough, in the morning when cold engine light flashes, engine wont take gas,surges,turn off restart light is solid, but still a little rough, coil pach has good springs and boots,

P0301. Did you verify spark from the #1 boot off the coil pack?
