chevy 1/2 ton axle questions

wanted chrome grill overlay/Cj5 soft top

does anybody know what front and rear axles are in a stock 1976 chevy 1/2 ton blazer with 6 on 5.5 bolt pattern wheels.

I have a Cj5 on a chevy blazer frame and I am going to buy some 4.56 or 4.88 gears and a mini spool for these but i don't know what axles i have for sure.

is the rear a 12 bolt and the front a dana 44???

is there any special characteristics to ID them???? which gears would be better running 38" boggers and 450 hp the 4.88's???

also let me know if you have any gears or spools for sale

yes, but some of the 1/2 tons could have a 10 bolt front end, but rare on 76's

AAM axles are real easy to ID, count the number of bolts holding the diff cover on.
