Hey anyone ever tried to hook up a compressor to the engine and have some jets to run over the tire and clear the mud off their tires? Just throwin some ideas out there

Nope. Never tried that one. I doubt it would work. You would need high pressure and volume, meaning a good compressor and large tank. The benefit would not outweigh the consumption of precious space.
Best thing to do is avoid the mud when possible.

just drive through some water to clear the heavier stuff off till you get home and use a stationary compressor there (or better yet a high-pressure washer)

wheel spin is always the best way to clear mud out - not a prob here in the desert - was back in florida... that was the fun stuff there!
