Ok so heres the deal........ I made a little movie of my daughter, but I dont know where to host it to make it a link like the ones you see here. How do I do that? is it like sony image station but movies instead of pictures? can someone please tell me where to go so I can link my movie? Im about to rip my hair out, :? computers drive me nuts. I want to send it to my friend for advice. Help, Help, Help!!!!! I did a seach on yahoo for a host and all I got was porn upload sites. (I dont know how that happened).

Nope its not on image station. I was asking if there was anything like image station for movies. Can I do it on image station? Oh god I feel soooo stupid

The problem I ran into was that nobody would allow you to have over 5 megs of space. That gets burned up pretty quick with videos. I searched for quite sometime and never found a free site that would allow me anymore then that. I pay $5 a month for a cheap site space with a lot of storage and large file hosting. The Company is p4hosting.com, You could sign up for your own site and host what every you would like. That was the only way that I have found so far for video's

Oh I already burnt the cd's I got the burning thing down I just needed someone to help me out with a link. Thanks to lauraboston, we spent the morning working on it and I finally got what I needed. Thanks again

If you have a descent connection speed, ie cable, isdn, dsl, t1, you can use your computer as a server. I can get you some freeware that's REALLY easy to use. And when you're done submitting your video files you can just "turn off" the server software. Later, if you have something else to show, just turn it back on. Real user friendly stuff.

let me know. Just make sure you're firewalled and all. You wouldn't want some bastards out there taking advantage of you. :wink:

NO I put my own burner in dude! And I know less about computers than purple!

I was going to say thats a steep trade a cd burner isnt that hard to intall but a lift? thats in a whole diferent catagory of labor.
