Replaced the coil Sunday and all seemed to be back to normal with my gal's 93 YJ. I stopped at the store on the way home after work yesterday and that is when the problem started again. The Jeep will buck, sputter and cough when started after the engine has reached normal operating tempature. I honestly feel its a timming problem, something to do with the stator (sometimes refered to as the crank shaft positioning sensor) in the distributor. Can anyone offer any advice before I take this rig to the stealership for diagnosis. Thanks, Frank

if there is no code thrown... have you tried changing the fuel filter? wires/cap/rotor? oxygen sensor (very possible)? and from what you are thinking, yeah, the distributor may be on its way out as well
