Idle speed

Just got through pulling off the throttle body and giving it a good cleaning inside and out. Also cleaned the position sensor and the idle stepper motor. No change in idle speed still at 1,050:???: any ideas?

The iac could be stuck. Or there could be a vacuum leak.

Cleaned the IAC. When those go out, the jeep won't idle and dies. Happened on a wrangler I own. Or it will idle low rpms.

Problem appears to be fixing itself with daily driving and a can of seafoam in the gas tank. Just purchased the jeep from the second owner with 104,000 miles. It's been sitting for awhile because the little gal who bought it from her neighbor a couple years ago, could not afford to fix the front brakes on it, metal to metal. Down to 800 rpms at idle.
