what I have learned so far:

1)it is always alot more money than you originally estimate
2) the importance of labeling and categorizing everything you take off can not be overstated lol
3)how lucky I am to have good, dependable friends!

My buddy Glenn, CJ owner for 15 years and without his help I would be lost!

First time I've ever seen a backyard motor swap with coffee sitting on the jeep instead of beer.
 
Sweet!!!! It's great to have friends, aint it!!!:lol: And I noticed the other Jeep sittin' there with the hood open........beats the H#LL out of any manual I've ever seen. Best of luck, and hope you get 'er rollin' soon!!!

thanks everyone! my buddies cj is set up just like mine w/howell tbi so it sure makes for a nice 3d manual lol. those pics were taken too early for the beer I guess. ;)
this weekend should be the final push if I can find the water pump pulley studs(or find something that works)
