motorcraft 2150 swap....what all will i need???

I am just about ready to swap my Carter BBD for the motorcraft 2150.
Question is, what all will I need to complete the swap? ( adaptor plates, etc.) I appreciate all of you help.

Planning on swapping out my old rusted exhaust manifold at the same time, so with the new carb and resolving my vaccuum leak issues at the manifold, I should see a big change.

Mr Gasket # 1937 adapter plate and the carb. You will need to fab a small piece if metal to build a linkage and a new breather. That is about it. tug
