I found these videos on another forum and thought they were pretty awesome. Its a bunch of swedish guys restoring a 240z - they really do it right. Not my type of car, but great work anyway.

I'd love to someone do this same thing with a jeep. Looks like they did it the right way. Really puts the saying Built Not Bought to work and shown.
Wish I had the time and money to do it.
