rear end squeal after shifting

I have a 2005 Sport with a auto transmission. Recently I started to hear a squeal in the rear end area after it shifts out of 1st. That is the only time it will do this. I have 87k miles on it. Have changed transmission fluid and filter. After it shifts from 1st to 2nd, it does not squeal anymore. Any ideas would be well thanked

That sound like it could be the culprit. In doing a couple more driving test, the sounds seems to be coming from underneath me instaed of behind me. Now it is doing it shifting from 4th to overdrive as well. I will put it on the stands and check it out. Thanks and I too cannot get a wave from a JK driver as well. To me a Jeep owner is a Jeep owner
