replacing weatherstripping...?

95 YJ. I need to replace my weatherstripping. Every time it rains my floorboard has water in it. All my doors are closed and windows up. Is it just old weatherstripping or is there something else that is causing this water in my floor?

Any problems replacing the front windshield gasket?

One interesting check would be your firewall. I was missing a grommet in my TJ and water shot up in the cabin every time it rained and got my floorboards wet.
