my 91 yj has 177,000 miles on it and is just starting to smoke a little blue and white.I took a compression test and 1+2 are 120 lbs,3 to 6 are at 130.could it be valve seals or hd gasket on its way out.no water in oil and no oil in rad.it seems to smoke after sitting awhile whether an hour or overnight.thanks all.....:???:

Blue smoke sounds like oil.Could be the rings starting go.That would explain the different pressures also.

I added some Lucas oil stabilizer after doing an oil change and maybe it'll soften the valve seals up and help the rings.
