sometimes you can rebuild the seals in them. usually a pain in the butt to do. Not real expensive but they will usually just leak again especially if you have oversized tires or put a lot of stress on it offroading. The best thing to do is buy and agter market gear box from AGR. Also dont spend the money on they pump that they tell you to buy because your stock pump is basically the same and will run the gear box just fine
