TJ with no intermittant wipers!

Hello all, I just joined the website. Purchased a CJ two weeks ago.

While I was backing into the driveway last night I noticed some white smoke from the exhuast.

The jeep hadn't been on the road for three years up until last week but I did change all the fluids before driving it.

Could there be coolant finding its way into motor?

give it a few days driving around.. if it hasnt been driven for 3 years all the seals are dry. are you sure it was white and not bluish white? look at it in sunlight and see what the actual color is, also - is it a big cloud or a tiny bit? the valve seals could be dry allowing some oil past.... this would give you a bluish white smoke.

Yeah, I'm sure it was white. I've driven it every day since the day I picked it up. It hadn't done that up until now.

if it was just white, try putting a few ounces of auto trans fluid in the gas, and a few in the oil.. this will help lube the seals back up
