Flairs Please Help Me

So I was trying to put some flairs I got from the previous who bought them to make my YJ street legal.
So I get the front on fine, but just tried to do one of the back and had to annihilate the fender to get it off to realize that the new fenders dont fit. They have the wrong holes but also the wrong length and arc.

Any Suggestions?

Nevermind, I just found the manual the previous never gave to me which pretty much tells you exactly how to do it and that it isnt a monday night project
