saved a tj but need help

I found a 99 tj in a field and surprisingly I got it for 300 dollars if you can believe that and it only has 50k miles it has a litle front end damage which is why its sitting but it had no key so in order to turn it to load it on the Trailor I had to break the ignition so when I got home i put a battery in and tried to crank it and the alarm was going off so it won't let me start it is their any way to by pass this or do I have to get it reset from the factory

Talked to the dealership have to go through loops to get a new tumbler and key but got it taken care of and I guess a chipped key was optional most the new tumbler is self programing not real sure didn't understand moat of it
