Undulation when throttling up and letting off.......

Strangest thing I've ever seen.....When you get above 25mph, You throttle up it pulls to the left, But you don't feel a thing through the steering....Let it off and she pulls back right.....
Same thing, It's a hard pull, But the steering wheel stays straight and you feel nothing through you're hands...The only I can describe it, Just like a snake scooting across the ground.
Anyone ever seen this? Any info on what to look at/for is appreciated!

Tire sizes all the same? Wear??
Tire pressure?
Stuck brake pad?
Alignment? Causes high sensitivity to tire issues. Thrust angle.
Bad wheel beatings. Or other TRE
Bad axel u joint.
Bad springs.
If you are geared low the torque on the rear springs may cause excessive squatting and uneven thrust esp open carrier.
This may go with the popping noise. Weak springs torque and change pinion angle and bind u-joints

Found out that the spring U hangers were ALL super loose......Tightened them down with a Milwaukee 1/2 drive till the bolts were angled......Drives straight as a pin now, Thanks!!!
