direct axle swap

Hi, can anybody walk me through the process of a rear d35 axle swap in a 94 YJ? I can only find stuff on TJs. I also need to replace the tcase. I'm taking the ubolts off of the springs, but I'm not too sure how to get the shocks off, remove the brake lines without messing anything up, nor do I know how to take the C-clips off of my Ujoints. Thanks! -Mike :D

You need to get a Haynes Manual. These things are explicity explained with photos. Every jeeper should have one.

Shocks are cake. Just un-bolt em. Snap rings (c-clips in U-joints) need a snap ring plier or needle nose will work. Brake lines need to be bled prior to removing.

Seriously, a manual is only, like $11
