Where do I find the trailer wires on a Liberty?

I have a 2006 Jeep Liberty, 3.6L.
I have attached a hitch and am now trying to figure out the wiring.
I have looked online and know how to connect the wiring behind the rear lights etc but I was wondering how to tell if my Liberty already has the wiring in place.
There are wires under the plastic cover on the inside of the cargo area that go connect to each tail light. There is also another group of wires that travel along the frame behind the bumper.

I already took off the passenger plastic cover in the cargo area (where I was supposed to find an empty plug) but couldn't find any empty plug.

I also looked at the fuses under the hood, and there is a fuse for a trailer.

So... Where would I look for the trailer connector, if I have one...

If you got wiring it would be behind the left rear panel hocked in too the tail light connector but if the jeep never had a hitch before It won't have the wiring
