Left Turn signal dosent work, but flasher works fine

I have a 2000 Grand Cherokee and the Driver side turn signals dont work. Checked bulbs and they are fine. Flasher works well also. Is there a fuse or relay that I should check? Any other ideas?

If it makes you feel any better my flasher only works on the right side so I have to use the left blinker with it.

Sounds like 1 bulb is bad on the side that doesn't blink (or wrong bulb installed) or bad ground at the socket. Turn on the 4 way flasher and see which one is dimmest. That's the place to start!
