    The Pets Thread

I wanna see some pets! Here's my boy Slick. He's a 10 month old purebred australian cattle dog. Absolutely the best dog I've ever come into contact with much less been able to call my own.

Right now he's curled up on my feet.

Some of my favorite pictures of Slick.

Meet Moose, 8 pounds of Fury. He's a part pappion, part chihuahua, and part lapso-apso (sp) but he was free! We adopted him when he was 2 months old from someone who couldn't keep the puppies.

I am not a dog person, but I he is kinda growing on me.

and here he is sleeping with my 3 1/2 year old
It used to be a jeep Thing,
    But all that stuff broke

XT: that's a beautiful rott. My fiance's grandmother used to breed them and my fiance really wants to get one again. They're pretty hard to find around here.

Bobcat: I'm not a cat person at all but that picture of the monkey holding Gus belongs on a calender.

JPS: I see your 8 pounds of fury and raise it to 6.5 pounds! This is my fiance's little brat of a pekingese. I'm not a small dog person and he has done nothingg to change my mind.

How do you stop the dog from jumping out?

What I do when I take my rotty is fold the back seat up,remove the seat belts, then use the bolt with a chain and swivel to attach him too.

    Re: The Pets Thread

I have a short strap from petsmart w/ a loop....that goes through the seat belt then latches to her harness. Keeps her in place just great....cost about 5 bucks I think.

    Re: The Pets Thread

Ty wont work for me then..I use a choker chain other wise he pulls them off or breaks the buckles..Also when i do hook the harness he thinks it is time to pull...Kids love a sled dog..lol

It might work but he would most likely climb over the seat to sit on my lap..Hard to drive with a 120lb rotty on your lap.

    These are my dumbasses.

Sadie, 3 year old black lab who lives to eat and play ball, and Hooch, 6 year old Pit (was rescued as a 5 month old baby tied up with fencing wire in the back yard of a drug house...grrr). He's the biggest sweetie on the planet.

    Love them.
