    gas mileage?

Human Evolution Explained it all depends on where you drive. My 95 XJ gets a bobut 20-22 on the highway, but in the city I get closer to 14 mpg, so due to the amount of city driving i do, I get about 16 average. The biggest way to waste gas though, is fast acceleration.... that just dumps...

your XJ looks sick... 97 Wrangler bucks and jerks in 1st gear.

please DO NOT TAKE OFFENSE TO THIS: but one thing to consider is that if you just got the car then if you are not great at driving stick on a truck improper clutch release creates a jerky feeling... just had to say it.. I am sure you know how to drive it right.... then again... it could be a...

    4.0, or 4.0 H.O.

it was te cylinder heads, as well as exhaust... while its not flowmaster, the 4.0 HO has somewhat better exhaust(more of a haux than anything really), but the cylinder heads and fuel injection are the real difference)

Tug Thinking XJ for a change!

anything from '96 and before is good... in '97 they changed shit and it causes all sorts of vibrations with lifts, and it requires a t-case drop usually....im if u do raise your XJ, then definitely trim the wheel well, (XJ's have the smallest wheel wells of the jeeps)

i have a 95 XJ sport w/ the 4.0 litre High Output. I wanted to know what makes it high output versus just a regular 4.0. I also want to know if these have the intake restrictor valve on the airflow(im putting in a K&N cone filter) thanx, keep on wavin

    5.2 V8 upgrades

ive a 4.0 with no mods and i can beat rice burners so maybe you just suck at pushing the gas to the floor at the right time... and that 4.0 has a lot of speed... why don't you get a lowering kit and some NOs, that way you can race in the desert kook
