Replaced the IAC and it fired up and ran like a champ.

All I've done it clean it. It wasn't that dirty, so I figured I would try to test it if there's a way.

Is there a way of checking the Idle Air Control while I have it off? I thought if you turn the key on, it should move.

I worked on a Jeep with a 3" body lift at work the other day. I had to test drive afterwards and to be completely honest, that's the most unsafe I've felt in a vehicle. You have a higher chance of rollover with a body lift than you do with a suspension lift.

Anyone know any place to go mudding close to College Station. We use to have Soggy Bottoms, but closed down. I can't travel far since I work full time and a family man.

I don't know how much difference there is with my 99 TJ, but the same thing happened to me. All I had to do was run a new ground to the blower motor.

I'm going to check all the sensors and valves. I'll check the fuel pump and filter when the tank is almost empty.

On a cold start, I have to hold the gas pedal down. If I take off the vacuum hose at the brake booster, it will idle fine. If I don't unhook it, it runs rough at idle until it warms up.

Never over heated

Something else new to add. I was reving it while under the hood and there's this weird noise. The best way to describe it, it sounds like when blowing through a straw into water. You know that bubbling noise. Never heard that before on any vehicle.

Wouldn't that cause an engine code?
