Just thought I'd share this, today I had a rough looking CJ5 pass me on i80 west of Sacramento, I had to do 75 just to keep up with it, pretty much all stock with a worn soft top and a smashed fender just cruisin..
Have a 304 out of a 76 CJ I'm looking to get rid of, it had a cracked intake and a slight lower end knock but it ran strong. I'm looking to sell it for 150 Obo or trade for other jeep parts
There's a new jeep wrecking yard in Rancho Cordova. It's right across the street from Rancho Jeep
But the new place has people with personalities, not like the grunts at
Rancho..
Have a complete 304 with all accessories less the intake( its there but i think its cracked)I'm willing to trade for a T-18 trans. The engine ran when I pulled it but it needs rebuilding.. PM me if interested, I'm in central Cali
Recently got a 76 CJ5 with a 3 inch susp lift, whoever lifted it used 1 inch spacers between the skid plate and the frame to lower the T-case, does anyone know if that's even necessary with that amount of lift, or maybe not enough ?
I just picked up a 76 cj5 and the back seat is gone and the kids don't like the idea of sitting on a bucket. Any seat that will work is fine as long as the price is right
