I am wanting to install a pusher Cooliing fan on my CJ5. It has a 350 ci motor and it does get hot while at idel or low rpm conditions. Any recommendations ?

With all the previous praise it might seam redundant, but I used a Painless harness in my '77 C-J5. It went smoothly with the exception of the long skinny plug that comes out of the steering column, but then agin I created that problem for myself by up grading to a column mounted ignition...

Have a set of 5- 33X12.5's on steel 10" rims that have the 5"X 5 1/2" lug pattern. Tires are older but have 80% tread. I will add photos if I get any interest. (eastern WA)

As expected there are as many opinions as there are lockers. One point of confusion for me is the term "lunchbox locker" does this refer to an automatic or is it a certinc type of selectable locker?

Whats the word on true track spool for my front diff. In place of a air or elect. Locker? I have a Dana 30, with 33x 10.5's

Welded on some brackets to the spare tire carrier, to mount my high lift jack and carry a full sized shovel.

Changing the color was a long and hard decision, I have been happy with the choice, I kinda copied the brick red from an Toyota FJ.

It has a Chevy 350 with a turbo 350 transmission that's hooked up to a freshly rebuilt Dana 20(it's freshly rebuilt due to the fact that about a month ago during a hard shift from first to second I split the out put shaft on the transfer case. As good a time to rebuild as any!).

Thanks all for the friendly welcome, I have a '77 CJ-5. As soon as I learn where everything goes I will post some pictures of my build and current condition (I dont think it will ever be completely done!).

I have checked out this site a time or two and have always been pleased with the content. I look forward to picking up ideas and info from like minded folks.
