4.0l stroker (101 need not apply)

I want to know what works in a 4.0l stroker and what doesnt. What things work better than others. 87-91 92-96 97-01 02-06, 62mm tb, 68mm tb, 24lb/hr ford injectors +, bigger cam, stock pistons, .0030 over, 4.2 rods, 4.0l rods with custom pistons, 2, 2.5, 3in exaust, long header, magnaflow, port and polish head, milled deck, high comp with super or low comp with regular, 5.0l with sonic tested block, na, super, or turbo, what have you done and what worked for you. Share your adventure, headaches, heartaches, bragings, pix, hp and torque #s, what you spent, (I promise not to tell the wife). If you have done a stroker or know someone who has and you feel like shareng, feel free. I look forward to reading your posts and posibly picking up on a thing or two. my jeep came with a stoker, i believe. its got a 98 block and an 87 head. if its not a stroker, it runs dang good and smokes the tires from a stop.

but, i can be of no assistance since i didn;t build it
