4 link

Thinking of putting a 4 link on the back of the mighty YJ.

Anybody else have one?

I also bought crusher corners for the back. Am planning on welding up some custom fender flares for it bit by bit...

If your gonna 4 link, do your research. I have been playing with the Idea of a 3link F / 4link R set up for my YJ for a while, just not ready to back half it yet (not that you have to)

I say do it and take plenty of pictures. consider Solid Works for a cad program to design the link set up.

Polyperformance has a weld on 4 link stretch kit, not cheap, but all the hard engineering work is done for you

My recent trip to Moab was with a couple of rigs that had a 4 link system. They gave me some advice, as well.

With gas around here at $3.40/gallon, I'm wondering if it would be worth thw money, or if I should use to ride trails...

If you're going to 4link it and add corner armor, might as well get the GenRight corners that move the wheelwell back several inches for more wheelbase.

I figure if I do it correctly, it will cost me about $3000 after all, one would have to lift the front.
