'93 YJ Aftermarket A/C Removal.

Has anyone ever pulled an AC from a YJ? What all is involved with the process?

The previous owner had an aftermarket "mopar" A/C installed. I want to pull the a/c entirely including the a/c core in front of the radiator, I have never attempted this and dont' know which belts will need to be swapped etc..

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated..

you can pull all the add ons - (core, condenser hoses...) and convert the compressor to on board air! (been trying on my Ca. spec 89 for a while to set it up...) - need more info tho - is the compressor running off the serp. belt or an aux. belt (on its own?) and since the onboard air conversion can be as simple or complex as you want - (the one i set up on my old 91 i had was really simple but worked great for over 3 yrs....) thats a really good option seeing you have a compressor already! - if its running off the serp belt you'll have to find the right idler possibly to replace the compressor - depends on the setup - like i said... need more info...
