Anyone know of a body lift & mount combo?

I remember seeing some body mounts with an integrated body lift some time ago, but can't seem to find them.

I'd like to lift my TJ an inch or so, and wouldn't mind replacing the body mounts as well. If it was one piece of rubber that would be ideal.

I saw them on my qwest of ordering all my toys I'll keep my eye out to see if I come across them again
