can rotors be too big...

i bought cross drilled rotors from summit racing...the rotor moves when the wheel is not bolted on, but when i tightened the wheel it locks up...any suggestions...the rotor is made for my wrangler 03 sahara...

how tight are you putting on the lugs??? why did you just not have your old ones turned?

turned the rotors once already and that did not work... only tightening the lugs with medium torque...i called summit and they said they have not gotten update on year for the rotors, but the system says 97-02...and the guy told me they would fit...the rotors match up with the stock ones exactly...any ideas...

They have to be hitting the calipers or your wheel should be easy enough to see which. Apparently they are to big
