CJ spring bushings

Moving, have misc TJ exterior parts

I replaced my front springs with some lift springs someone took off his CJ. I also bought some new bushings for them. The question is are there supposed to be sleaves in the bushings? I did not have them on the old ones on the front but I did on the back bushing. I am just not sure if the bolt need to be in a sleave or not.

I believe there should be sleeves where the spring bolts to the frame but not at the shackles. I just replaced mine and the bushing kit only came with 4 sleeves.

OK that is what I have. Someone told me he thought I should have them so I was a little worried about it.
