I got a skyjacker 4" double flex on my TJ, and the control arms stink, they losen up and squeek all the time. done everything i can to keep them from getting all outta whack..but i can't handle it anymore.

Anybody got any idea what control arms I can get? I'd rather not have somthing with hiem joints like the double flex, somthign with only one adjustment spot. I was looking at the RE ones but not sure, do ya get the ones that come with the 3.5 or 4.5? any help would be good.

Are you a Democrat, Republican or Southern Republican

I haven't heard it in awhile, but the biggest complaint about the RE XJ kits used to be that the control arms sucked. I know of two that switched back to the factory arms after maybe 6 months and another that was in desperate need of new joints the last time I saw it. I know they have changed alot, but I'm always hesitant about recommending RE coil kits for that reason.

Those are the Teraflex arms I have on the front of my XJ. Excellent articulation because they can twist, yet no heim joints so they should last a long time and they are quiet.

I'd definately buy them again.

says they're for lifts up to 3" only
But they also want you to use a LA setup for anything over 3". I'd call them and find out the working lengths, what's the max length they can safely be used at, to see if they'll work for you.

They've got a great warranty.

I just installed the other type on a friend's jeep, the ones with the rebuildable spherical ends, and they're pretty slick. We put them on top in the rear with a SYE.
