Yes, but you'll want to reuse your '01 spider gears and side gears.

Does it have the same gear ratio? If not you'll need your old ring and pinion as well. Maybe the carrier too if one was 3.54 or lower (numerically higher) and the other is higher (numerically lower) than 3.54 gears.

its a 3.73 + ratio carrier and mine is a 3.07 - .... so whats the ideas on it ???

i plan to get a new R&P thats the reason i'm looking at this carrier cause i want more bite than what the 3.07 offers , but if everything will work but the spider gears will the ones from my case work in the lower ratio gear case ??
