dana 44 balljoints

so i acquired a hp44 out of a 79 f250 today. i need to find some flat tops now... the f250 already has flat tops but id have to run the 8 lug pattern and i want 5 lugs. (its in the design of the knuckle that forces you to run 8 lug) my question is.... will jeep or chevy knuckles use the same balljoints? i believe they do but im looking for a definate answer. with jeep or chevy knuckles i can get my 5 lug pattern from ford or jeep spindles and outers.

Most any D44 knuckle will botl up. I think flat tops intended for a ford f150 will work find, and be 5 on 5.5. other options are chevy 73-96 knuckles but are 6 lug as are jeep from a fsj
