Frame tie-in

I was looking at the rear of my jeep today trying to figure out the best way to tie a custom bumper into the frame. I looked on www.jeepfabrication.com and they show how to tie it in to the frame but they only show tie-ins on tj's and I was wondering how I could do this on a yj with the shackles in the way. Id rather not just weld it onto the end of the frame because all we have is an old arc welder and I fear that it wouldnt hold since I am planning to put recovery points it. Id like to have it bolted to the frame. Any ideas? Thanks.

Use the old bumperetts holes. 4 on each side

odjeep, I'm doing extactly that now, the frame tie in that is... I think what I'm doing is to put 2 holes in the bracket going to the frame and use one for the shackle bolt. The other one will just have one bolt through it in front of the shackle. I'm fabbin them up today probably.
