Genright Crusher Corners

We made the first attempt to straighten the frame today. We parked a Ford Econoline E-150 van behind the YJ with a chain wrapped around the frame on the YJ driver's side in back. We put a Ford Ranger in front and placed a cumalong from the trailer hitch to the front passenger side YJ frame member. Between that and a sledge hammer, we were able to close the gap by half, almost 3/4.
Unfortunately, both the van and the ranger moved at that point, even with e-brakes set and tires chocked.

We may have to change the set up so we can use the winch instead and hope for a better result.

Does anyone else have a suggestion?

As for the width, I've thought about it quite a bit. I have Warn 7" fender flares now. When they tap a rock, they come off. They are made to do that and are a flexible plastic material. Redo some double-sided tape and remount the screws.

With the tube flender flares, I cut them back to (about) 4". That plus the bulk of the Genright Crusher corners will make them 4.25"
