I like how the witness was pointing out how fast the guy in the Hummer was going, and how he was speeding through the neighborhood. Yeah, and I guess the guys he was chasing, who had just robbed him, weren't speeding? Riiiiight.

As much as I can sympathize with the guy in the hummer, the witness was right. You cant go tearing around a neighborhood. If he hit someone while trying to chase the criminals we would all be talking differently. The Hummer guy got real lucky. If he was tearing around my neighborhood and hit my wife or the neighbors kids that guys in big trouble.

I wonder why the witness said that only the Hummer driver was tearing through the neighborhood? That's what makes me think the witness was a friend of the robbers or atleast knew the guys.
