Hard top line

Is it possible to put in head liner or line the inside of the hard top ? With some kind of carpet

Yes it's possible. I've seen one on a CJ hardtop lined with a thin foam insulation and breathable leather cover. They had to glue the crap out of it then re- enforce it with a rod across the hardtop to keep it from pulling down. The biggest downfall is the weight after the insulation. The guy said its too heavy for 2 people to lift and slide off the jeep now.

Dynamat products that I've used have one heckofa tacky backing that holds up well, in my part of the country anyway.
