Hardtop Fit

I am Looking At buying a hardtop for my 2003 jeep. I am needing to know will all tj hardtops fit on it, or do I need to buy a hardtop made after 2003. I am probably going to buy a used factory one off of ebay. It appears they changed some things that year on the Hardtop. So will all of them fit; and if no is there some small cheap things I can do to make it fit!

They definately have something after '03 that is different, but that could be fit or it could merely be color. Bestop makes good tops, and theirs are for '97-06. See here:
