Hardtop Wiring - TJ - Please Help

I have a 97 TJ that I bought initially with the softtop. The softtop was not going to make it in the winter, so i picked up a hardtop (factory) off a 2001 TJ. But here is the problem. I can't figure out what I need to wire the hardtop's defroster and wiper to the front. I need the switches and the wiring harness that runs to the plug on the hardtop? I went to the local dealer, but they we're much help. Can someone guide me to what I need to do?

The dealer sells the parts you need, you might want to try another one if the first one didn't want to help.

the factory top for my YJ can't be all too different in that regard to urs. all u need in the harness that connects the wires to the top, which u can get at the dealership, or ask ur local auto parts shop to order for you. its probibly not a bad idea to develop a relationship w/ an auto parts store if u plan to stack ur rig w/ mods, cause itll save a ton on shipping for u. good luck[addsig]
