HELP:no check engine light no start

i hAVE a 95 wrangler rio grande with 2.5 and when i turn the key to on the check engine light or shift indicator wont come on and it wont start until it dose. all other electronice work turns over fine but wont start. sometimes after messing with it for 30 min the check engine light will apear and then it starts fine and runs fine and will restart but if it sits for more that 10 to 15 min same problemhave tried new relays and ignition switch but didnt help any ideas

Bad connection somewhere. Check all the connections to the PDC and battery along with the ignition circuits.

have checked every connection and tested battery could i posibly have to reset ecu somhow?

To reset the ECU you would have to disconnect the battery for 5 mins. then reconnect. I don't think that's going to do it. What do you mess with when it starts?

i mess with the key turning on and off then the relays. they will start to trip then they stop and it will start i have replaced the relays twice
