How do I Put one piece axels in a dana20 cj5

i need to install a one piece axel kit from Quad. Tech. any step by step instructions would be appreciated.

You will need a Hub Puller. See Picture attached.. Remove wheel, Brake drum, Hub nut, and then install the puller to remove the hub. There are 4 bolts on the back of the axle flange. Remove these bolts and pull the axle shaft with the seal and bearing. Reverse procedure for installation.

With a new axel kit do I need the old dome looking dust cover, there was only one on the passenger side?

You wouldn't need them with the one piece axles since there is no hub bolts to cover up.
