I need a 4.0 FI

Hey everyone! I just bought my first Jeep! My wife isn't near as excited as I am...but oh well! After pushing a kid into work the other morning, I made him an offer on his truck, that he accepted today. 1994 Cherokee Sport, 2wd, original engine ran up 202K on the clock! The body isn't perfect, but it's pretty damned close! Interior good as well...vehicle has been taken care of! His water pump failed, he failed to pay attention to the gauges, and in his words, "...the thing just quit.." You can imagine...she got pretty hot. I would assume at least a warped head, if not cracked. Regardless, with 202K on it, I think I'd be ahead just going with finding a low mileage FI 4.0L.

Any of you guys have one layin around? Other suggestions? I'm located about 20 minutes south of Birmingham, AL.
