Jeepz.com having growing pains

Well, as you guys have noticed, there have been a few hiccups lately - mainly due to the fact that we're more popular than ever (we've more than doubled the number of visitors over the last year). A few days ago, I had to move us to an even larger server, since we were maxing out the old one, and today we were off line for about an hour as I had to do an emergency software upgrade.

The good news is that we're back, with a shiny new more powerful server, and the latest software.

if you notice anything that looks broken, just give me a shout.

How many registered users do you have Terry? Do you man this site singlehandedly? Nice Job!

We've been around since 1999, so have picked up over 10,000 users since then - about 1800 are active on a regular basis.

I do the behind the scenes stuff myself, but the mods and the regulars are the ones that really deserve the credit. The actually field Jeep related questions - I usually ask more than I answer.

Jeepz.com is a great place to hang out - we don't really get alot of flamers and internet trolls that you'd find in other places. People here tend to be a bit more easy going.
