Ox Locker

I have a 1980 CJ7 with the AMC 20 rear, and I am thinking about installing an Ox Locker in it. I haven't heard much about the Ox and was just wondering how good these work?

A buddy of mine has it on the rear of his 97 wrangler and he loves it? He has had it for about a year and a half and he said as long as it is installed right there is no up keep to it.Just that you will have an extra shifter to contend with in the interior....Who cares right!
If i could afford it thats what name brand and type i would go for.

Good luck finding one. The company that produces the OX locker no longer makes them. Trust me, I have been looking for one!

That's strange because I just saw an ad for some new shafts and steering joints they were coming out with for 44's and 60's. They looked pretty nasty. Are you sure they didn't get bought out or something?
